Hi everyone!

When I plug kinect one to my xbox one s, wifi internet doesn't work!

When I play Just Dance 2020 without kinect one using my cellphone, wifi internet works perfectly

I have right adapter for kinect one - xbox one s. Sadly I cannot connect ethernet cable for internet, I only have wifi connection.

Can you help me? It says me... There is a hardware problem... But xbox and kinect is perfect, I have danced with it (sadly without internet)

How do I do this? Is there a guide? Will I loose my games saved inside my xbox? My xbox doesn't have cd player

Oh that's interesting. Have you tried a power cycle on your console?

All you have to do is hold in the power button until the console shuts completely off. Then wait 30 secs and turn the console back on. When the console comes back on, it should load with the Green Xbox load screen.

I have already followed those instructions, my internet connection is good, it works, I have already used it with my xbox

problem is when I plug my kinect, when I plug it, internet connection doesn't work anymore
