Xbox one s turn off while playing game

After still now it's not turn ON

Firstly can you please ensure that the console has sufficient ventilation and is connected directly to a wall outlet and not via a surge protector or extension block and let us know how you get on.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get your console to stay on.

I wanted to add that another thing to do is make sure that the console is directly connected to the wall outlet. Being connected to a power strip/extension cord could cause some minor performance issues due to the console being powerful and needing the right
amount of power.

If that does not affect the problem in any beneficial way and the troubleshooting steps posted by @Brad didn't resolve the issue, it might be that your console is need of service. You can get it serviced by visiting

device support or by contacting
customer support and having an agent help you out.

I already tried the plugging off and plugging back and it sometimes works but most of the time it doesn't work and the console is on my living room so I guess it's pretty well ventilated

Sorry for the issue with console turning off. Have you tried unplugging the console, leave it set for a few minutes then plug back in? Also is the console in a well ventilated area?
