    Xbox one S keeps turning iff


    I recently received a refurbished Xbox one S directly from Microsoft.

    It frequently turns off by itself

    I have started standing up and laying down with plenty of ventilation.

    Any idea what could be wrong in what I should be doing?

    Thanks for your post. Be sure to try using different power outlet, sometimes outlets can rapidly change in their power outputs, which could power off devices that need a certain amount of power. Also, check out this guide:

    So i have to have my xbox turn iff by itself so it can update games while its off? Because i used to just turn it off with my controller.

    Try turning the console iff, unplug it from outlet for 15 seconds and plug it back in. If the app does thatbstill, uninstall it and reinstall.
