Xbox One S Keeps Logging Out

I just got an Xbox One S a couple weeks ago. It worked fine the first couple of days but the last week or so it's been signing me out of my account. It will pop up with "Bye Nichole sign in with controller" and my controller will still be on when it happens.
I've tried a different controller, I've tried hard resetting, unplugging, updating the console and nothing is working. Help!

It's plugged directly into the wall and I tried that troubleshooting that was suggested and it said there was a problem with the results.

Thanks for coming to the forums with the issue of being signed out. When you get signed out, do you get any network connection errors? You can try the random disconnection

troubleshooting guide. Also is your console plugged directly into the wall? If it is plugged into a surge protector or ext. cord that can cause this issue also.

Thanks for the reply and update on the issue. I understand you are receiving an error message while being signed out.

This sounds like there is some network connectivity issues. Are you connected Wireless/Ethernet cable?
Please keep in mind that these are the minimum requirements in order for a game or app to have a “Certified” experience. The higher your connection speed, the better your experience will be.

When running the test on the article:
"My Xbox One is getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live". If the issues persists, try an ethernet connection.

Try this out and let us know the results.
