Xbox One S keeps crashing

Xbox One S, was watching a DVD (Jaws 2 if anyones interested) when the movie started to buffer like the disk was scratched then the Xbox turned itself off. Wouldnt turn back on so I unplugged it and
itll power up for about 4 seconds (nothing comes up on tv screen) then just switches off. Once off it wont power back on until I unplug and plug back in. Then once again, itll start for about four seconds then off again and the cycle repeats. Have tried different
power points but it didnt help

I bought an Xbox One S a fallout four seems to crash in the Boston areas but it plays fine in the other areas that you playing until the FreezeFrame is constantly keep crashing I’ve put it down to 780p and put it on an external hard drive and still constantly crashing Microsoft can fix this soon

i got the same problem with the xbox one s..keeps crashing after switching between apps and games...mostly when i'm useing or have used youtube and then go back to game its crashes 99% of the time...but not only with youtube but its the most common

Hi,

please double check if all cables (specifically) the power cable is connected firmly to the console.

If that doesn't help them please try the following:

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
Wait 30 seconds.
Plug the power cord back in. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons
for 10-15 seconds. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. Note If you don't hear two power-up tones after 15 seconds, it means this failed. Likewise, if you hear any “power-down” chirps, that also means this failed. You can release the
BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
if this works then the console should show a menu with the option to factory reset the console.

Unfortunately that didnt work, but I registered the device and its still in warranty, so Im sending it off to Microsoft, thanks for your help
