Xbox One S keeps crashing games.

I was playing fortnite, for a couple hours then during mid-game the screen froze then went to xbox home on its own and even quit the app. I reopened the app several time to play and it kept freezing and closing before I got to the lobby area of the game.
Ive tried this on all my other games on my Xbox and I get the same result, please help thank you.

i got the same problem with the xbox one s..keeps crashing after switching between apps and games...mostly when i'm useing or have used youtube and then go back to game its crashes 99% of the time...but not only with youtube but its the most common

Hi Spec ops,

You most likely are in need of a repair then. You can go to
device support, to see if in warranty and also set up a repair. You can also request a call from support to help set up a repair.
Another option if you have a Microsoft store close to you, can take the console there and see what they can do.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

So I did the factory reset and everything and downloaded only 2 games, Xbox still crashing the games.

Yes I have, and ive taken every step on there, I even downloaded the game to my Internal HD instead of me External Hd thinking it my be because my ex HD was bad but still froze and crashed, so I'm factory reseting console now to see if it help.
