    Xbox One S keeps crashing and turning itself off.


    We've had no issues until last night with the freezing/crashing then the Xbox turning itself off which it had never ever done before. Ventilation is just fine and the Xbox was only purchased last Christmas so it should NOT be doing this at all.

    Is this going to be acknowledged and become a known issue yet?
