    First I thought it was just the internet problem but it seems that everyone in the house is using the wifi fine, when I connecting my Xbox to the internet (Xbox live) its work fine but it disconnects my phone off the wifi? and if I try to connect my the
    Wifi on back to the phone, the Xbox Live disconnects?

    anyone that have any deal what causing this please help. thank you.

    Connecting XBOX One S to iPhone 6s

    This has got be the most freaking frustrating thing!! My daughter's phone show's up on the "Available Networks...". She's in the very back of the house and has an iPhone 6s. I'm sitting in front of the frigging Xbox, with an iPhone 7... and it WILL NOT show
    up on the list!! I've tried EVERYTHING!!! And the craziest thing? Some times it works AND sometimes it's DON'T!!!???????

    Smart Glass So Far.

    I having a weird problem with Xbox One Smartglass. I have everything in my house hard wired except for my ipad which is wifi only and I connect my wife and my iphone occasionally for the ios updates. Now I can connect to my ipad with no problems at all because
    it's constantly coneected to the wifi but when I try to connect my iphone to smartglass, it only connect using wifi and not 4g. Is anybody else having this problem?

    Constant Disconnects to Xbox Live

    This happens to me aswell! What I did to help keep it from continuously disconnecting is by making sure I shut off anything else using up the wifi, such as my iphone, laptop, etc. This helped focus teh connection soely on the xbox. Try it and let me know
    how it worked out for you?

    About to stop using XBOX services if I don't get help.

    That's impossible. There's no way the PS3, the PC, and the iPhone can run on the wifi but not the xbox.

    Lagging + Crashing?

    I've solved my problem. The lag and disconnections were getting really bad past few days. Had a look through my Iphone while waiting for the Xbox to finally go to the dash. And started using "Personal Hotspot" As my iphone is connected to the wifi at home
    as well as 3G signal I gave it a go. Since using my Xbox live thorugh the Iphone it's not lagged once! And as I'm using the '3' network on the one plan tethering is free! Win!

    Hello.

    I've been having this trouble to, this maybe due to the WiFi connection being used up by multiple devices in the household. such as Ipods, Iphones, Ipads, computers, tablets, and much more that use WiFi or is connected by a ether net cable. it is most likely
    sucking your WiFi connection. Suggestion is to disconnect some of the devices from the router and WiFi. If this helps the have a fun gaming time :)
