    Xbox One S Issues


    Hey,

    So I am just trying to figure out if these are issues that anyone else is having or if my counsel is defective. I started keeping track because these things were so frequent.

    1. The remote won't turn on the Xbox--75% of the time

    2. Won't be connected to Xbox Live when powered on until a hard reset is done, it's directly plugged in with ethernet--80% of the time

    3. Settings that were changed revert back to original, such as no beeping when powering on/off--25% of the time.

    4. Instant On doesn't work, always shuts down completely--90% of the time.

    This is all based on approximately 70-80 times that I've used it since launch after I started keeping track,

    I've done all the applicable updates and this hasn't resolved in any way, gotten worse I would say actually.

    Need help troubleshooting wifi connectivity issues with my new xbox one s. I never had issues with my original xbox one, but after purchasing my xbox one s I get signed out or disconnected daily. I'm thinking this might be due to having two xbox one consoles
    on the same network, but the issues persist even if only one of them is turned on.

    Hi,

    well I have some of this issues on my console as well. It is the first xbox I ever bought and it is almost "like" windows experience Xbox One S Issues :) Sometimes the console just reboots itself (when I try to launch the game), controller sometimes doesn't launch the console,...
    This is really annoying. Hope that some update will fix this.

    Just not been an issue with my original Xbox one, Xbox one S or Xbox one X. My S is in alpha and X is in alpha SA.

    UPDATE: Xbox One S returned. No solution for audio sync issue on DVD/Blu-ray playback.

    After scouring the internet I cannot find a solution. The Xbox Support seems to be correct. There was an issue with the Xbox One S where the audio was not in sync with the video on DVD and Blu-ray playback. I returned the Xbox One S.

    Hopefully few other experience the issue.

    Hoe is xbox this awful?

    No scam involved with releasing the One S a year or so later after the Xbox One.

    Ive not had any issues with either the Xbox One or the One S, in fact I'm quite happy.

    Games do need internet access to update, maybe this is the issue or maybe it isn't.
