    I’ve been having issues with my Xbox One S since last summer and they’ve gotten progressively worse over time. Xbox Support has been no help to me and right now, due to Covid-19, I have been unable to actually speak to a real person at Xbox at all.

    The main issues are:

    1. Every time I unplug my Xbox One S and move it somewhere else, it usually doesn’t start up past the green logo startup screen. I have to factory reset the Xbox every time.

    2. If it does start up after moving it somewhere else I can’t open any apps or games and get this error for apps: 0xd0000189 and this error for games: 0x8027025a with both saying something like, “for some reason (app or game) took too long to start.

    3. If I use Disney+ to watch something for an extended amount of time it causes this issue and it slows down my Xbox UI to where it’s basically unresponsive and it won’t load up any games or apps, giving the same error codes. We have a two year-old, so
    we use Disney+ quite often.

    I’m not sure what to do about this. I have an external hard drive, but both my internal and external storage have plenty of space and probably about 400Gb total between the two.

    It’s very frustrating having to factory reset my Xbox almost daily and have to sign back into everything like Netflix, Hulu, etc.

    Any help with this would be appreciated because searching for this kind of issue yields no results. This is an Xbox One S I got back in the fall of 2016 when they first launched. This issue has persisted since last summer, but has recently gotten much
    worse in the past couple weeks.

    Just not been an issue with my original Xbox one, Xbox one S or Xbox one X. My S is in alpha and X is in alpha SA.

    UPDATE: Xbox One S returned. No solution for audio sync issue on DVD/Blu-ray playback.

    After scouring the internet I cannot find a solution. The Xbox Support seems to be correct. There was an issue with the Xbox One S where the audio was not in sync with the video on DVD and Blu-ray playback. I returned the Xbox One S.

    Hopefully few other experience the issue.

    Hoe is xbox this awful?

    No scam involved with releasing the One S a year or so later after the Xbox One.

    Ive not had any issues with either the Xbox One or the One S, in fact I'm quite happy.

    Games do need internet access to update, maybe this is the issue or maybe it isn't.
