xbox one s issue

Hello people I was playing fifa 17 online and it crashed took back to home screen and then issue went away is this normal ??

Second issue when I boot my xbox one s it won't connect to wifi automatic I have to wait two minutes for it to connect ??

Xbox one switch off or freezing after changing game/app (Possible fixes for external hard drive side of this error)

Just not been an issue with my original Xbox one, Xbox one S or Xbox one X. My S is in alpha and X is in alpha SA.

 

Xbox One S - DVD & Blu-ray audio out of sync - DVD audio/video sync worse

UPDATE: Xbox One S returned. No solution for audio sync issue on DVD/Blu-ray playback.

After scouring the internet I cannot find a solution. The Xbox Support seems to be correct. There was an issue with the Xbox One S where the audio was not in sync with the video on DVD and Blu-ray playback. I returned the Xbox One S.

Hopefully few other experience the issue.

Sorry to hear about the troubles. Games can sometimes crash unexpectedly but a quick restart of the game should be fine. If your FIFA game is crashing consistently, that's something we'd like to know about and we can try troubleshooting that.

Regarding your second point, are you having to manually enter your wifi network's password each time? It may take a couple seconds to register a new device on the network. Have you tried connecting your console via Ethernet cable to see what happens then?
