Xbox one s isn't acting right..

Discus and support Xbox one s isn't acting right.. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have no easy way of explaining the issue... So, I will do my best to make it at least understandable...     Xbox one s isn't acting right..


    I have no easy way of explaining the issue... So, I will do my best to make it at least understandable... I hope....

    It was working perfectly normal all day, youtube, netflix and others like it all work just fine. I seriously don't have that much on my xbox. The few games I do have, only three that work without an issue.. , Styx, Diablo and ESO.. However, Games like Minecraft... it isn't loading properly. It takes forever to even get the the main screen, with that screen, my profile chick doesn't show up at all, it just sits there constantly in search/loading mode. When I hit play anyway, I don't see the realms sections. The solo worlds take an extremely long time to load in...

    Other games..... they have nothing... The only thing that shows is the background picture and nothing else.. nothing for me to click on to play.. just the picture. On the home page of the xbox, none of my icons have pictures, only way for me to see what it is, is for me to mouse over it.

    I'm not sure what happened and have no idea how to fix it. I have unplugged the xbox overnight and most of today... Nothing, the issues are still there. I have poked around in the settings a bit, though didn't see anything that would help fix the problems. Not sure how esle to explain it, so I do hope that works... a little...

    This time, I'll be providing you a step to restore your console to its factory defaults to remove all potentially corrupted files that can interrupt you from using the console’s full potential. Nothing to worry as everything will stay intact, you just need to sign in using your account. No games or apps will be deleted. Make sure you know your emails and password, okay?

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Settings > System > Console info > reset then keep my games and apps.

    Do you have an external hard drive plugged in to the console right now? If yes, can you unplug it and Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

    Once done, please check if the issue still persist while the external hard drive is unplugged.

    I don't have an external hard drive.. even if I did, yes it would have been unplugged too... I redid it last night, and no it didn't fix anything. I unplugged everything, the power cord, tv cord, controller cord.. that is all I have plugged into the box.

    Hi, Thank you for the response... However, I already said in the post that I did all of that already, Shut the box down and unplugged everything, let it sit for nearly 24 hrs..... But, I suppose I will do it again and see what happens.
