Xbox one s is turned on bur doesn't show on screen

My xbox is turned on and everything on, right hdmi cable and everything but it doesnt show on my monitor i tried a tv. I turned on the controller it's blinking like it's trying to connect but nothing appears on the tv or monitor I tried everything for it to work and it takes like 5 minutes or a whole day to turn on and nothing works it keeps taking too long to get to the home screen

I do have an external hdmi didn't work and it probably will be the console in the inside I don't have an external hard drive but I have a extra ports connected to the xbox

I would like to clarify, are you seeing a black screen or no signal?

Also, please follow the steps below accordingly:

"POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Unplug your console for 5 minutes.

3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console"

Kindly unplug every accessory plugged into your console and then check if there will be an improvement.

If there are none, I apologize but you may need to get the console repaired. To do so, you can sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices.

Do you have a different HDMI cable that you can try? The issue can be with the console, or HDMI cable since you have already tried a different TV or Monitor.

Also, if you have an external hard drive plugged into your console please unplug it as well, a corrupted hard drive may cause issues.
