Xbox one s is not able to run games smoothly

For many days i have observed that my xbox one s shows frame tearing and other graphical errors while playing games like watch dogs 2 and alien isolation, even old games like GTA V are showing some graphical errors too, like not smooth rendering of environmental
graphics.

Yes i have enabled the Game Mode on my TV and have calibrated the TV as the xbox asked the first day it came, but now it is just frame tearing and other stuff.

Also my xbox one s doesn't overheat but it gets a little hot near the fan side on the top, other sides remain cool.

Heat isolation is good on xbox.

And also my room is well ventilated.

Can somebody please help, my gameplay experience is getting ruined everyday i am playing on my xbox with frame tearing.

I have enrolled myself for the xbox insider hub update preview

So shall i cancel insider hub update preview services ?

Will that completely solve the problem ?

If it is getting that bad, you could consider a factory reset. You can both choose to delete everything or only your information (profile, settings etc). In any case, the console will be (in my experience) much faster and will rum everything smooth.

Question: are you enrolled for the updates preview? If yes, it could be a problem related to the fact you experimenting an update it is not yet finished/polished.

My friend has the same issue. He has a Xbox One S but he has the same issue with minecraft. Long startup times but runs any other game smoothly.

it's already runs smoothly at 30fps on series x and s

When turning off the xbox it could be on standby (depending on your settings).

With a power cycle the xbox is completely shutdown (this could be achieved within the settings or by unplugging etc.) This clears the cache of the console and can help solve a wide variety of issues.
