    XBox One S is freezing and Factory reset didnot work


    Xbox one S has been freezing every now and then and during updates. It will go to a certain % of update and stops working. After reading MS support, I tried to do a factory reset using BInd button. that worked for a while saying console in process till about
    50% and stopped there.

    How do I do a factory reset and get the system working again?

    Hi guys, my xbox one s keeps freezing on me. I have tried to do the factory reset but it freezes before i can get to the reset option. Any suggestions

    It didn't work..... I followed all the steps....and it just doesn't show the factory reset options.....it is freezing on start up......it is very slow.

    Sorry to hear about the updates not going thru fully.

    The
    Soft factory reset     would be best. If that doesn't work you can do the Hard fatory reset where you select Delete everything.

    The

    Why cant I sign in to my x box accounts?

    I understand, have you performed factory reset on both consoles? If not yet, please try to perform the factory reset keep my games and apps on your Xbox One S console > then check if it works.

    If it still doesn't work, may I have the exact error message upon attempting to log in to your accounts on your Xbox One S, please?
