    My Xbox one S was bought in the USA by my kids ( who earned the money to buy it).

    I moved to Israel and after about two weeks in which it worked well, the console started having major display issues. It is currently not usable.

    Microsoft support in Israel won't help me since it was bought in the USA.

    Is that the customer service that Microsoft gives to it's customers ?

    Is it really their meaning that if I move to a different country, I need to buy a new console in case my console needs customer service.

    Hi,

    i'm from israel

    Recently, i bought my new XBOX360 console 250gb, and i tried to activate a redeem code i've got within the package of the system, "crysis 2", it won't work , so now, i can't downloaded it, and it seemed like it has a problem,

    note : i'm from israel, my region israel, i tried usa region before it wont work too

    I tried to downloaded few times, and it doesn't work..

    What should i do?

    Only countries with official Live Support will have their nations language/s supported. Since Israel is not a supported region yet, there is no Hebrew display.

    Just to clarify you live in ISRAEL but created a GREEK XBL account? Since ISRAEL is not a Live supported region there is nothing you can do that won't violate the XBL Terms of Service and/or Code of Conduct.



    And no, there is no setting on your profile or console that you can change to make the Greek English.

    yes so maybe you should petition your government to allow xbox live

    1st it is upto you who created the account to pick a country where you can buy ms points if you choose usa then you still have to purchase the usa ms points

    ms cannot tell you what to choose

    since you do not live in an xbox live country that is upto you to get the cards'



    MS points are region locked and can only redeemed in the same region/country account as it was purchased in



    there is no israel support nor is there israel ms points

    so there is not really a correct choice in your case

    it was more of a case of you didn't choose what was available in your region
