Xbox One S Intermittent WiFi Issues

I got my XBone for this last Christmas (5 months ago). It has been on Ethernet from day 1 up until about a week ago when we re-arranged our living room. Since then, it has been a f*&^ NIGHTMARE. My XBone is no more than 10 feet from my router and is in the
same room. It's on the 5Ghz Channel, along with Every other device on my WiFi network (NO other devices have trouble with connectivity). But for some ungodly reason, my XBox will randomly stop working when I turn it on (I have "Instant On" enabled). It refuses
to connect to my WiFi network until I "completely" shutdown the Xbox (Which is NOT a solution, and is quite annoying. I mean, why even have the "Instant On" feature if it doesn't work as expected?).

Please tell me I am not alone in this issue.

Xbox One X

Purchased a second Xbox one X about a month ago. My first one I have had no issues with, and my older Xbox One S and the 36o run perfectly. but this 2nd Xbox One X has intermittent lag spikes. I will be running along then boom, I'm falling off a cliff or
standing in the middle of a field getting shot......I have read else where that there seems to be an issue with the wifi on the Xbox One X, a simple google search will return hundreds of posts. So can I get a replacement for this console or my money back,
it was after all 500.00.

Actiontec c2000a multiple console support

Need help troubleshooting wifi connectivity issues with my new xbox one s. I never had issues with my original xbox one, but after purchasing my xbox one s I get signed out or disconnected daily. I'm thinking this might be due to having two xbox one consoles
on the same network, but the issues persist even if only one of them is turned on.

Hey there!

Sorry to hear about the troubles you're having. You mentioned you have all of your other WiFi devices connected to the same channel, do you happen to have other consoles connected? Can you also share the make and model of the router you're using? Thanks!

I have both my Xbox One S and Xbox One X and the S works FINE.

The Xbox One X has a KNOWN WIFI issue which I thought would be fixed a YEAR later..

Don't try to troubleshoot me with all that Wifi wizard (Mod Removed - Profanity)

I'm curious about your issue as I too have intermittant problems with LStick on controller which only appeared recently.

Couple of questions.. If you use a different controller, does the issue disappear or is it happening with another controller?

Does the controller function normally when playing a game?

Is it happening in the XBox Dashboard menus and the virtual keyboard in Edge for example?

Are you using WiFi to connect controller to console or a plug and play charging cable?

What type of console, OG, S or X?

I'm having the same issue. When the Xbox One S is set to 8 bit my Vizio M65-D0 will intermittently produce a "Snowy" screen and I have to change inputs in order to clear it. On the 10 bit and 12 bit settings it intermittently will produce a "Black" screen
that clears itself in a few seconds. This has happened both when streaming content from Amazon and while playing games.
