    The tv I am using is registering an input from the xbox but the image is black most of the time with brief, spaced-out flickers of the image but looking very glitchy with green streaks. Im wondering if it could be a problem with the HDMI output port?

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue with a blank screen. We recommend trying out the
    troubleshoot wizard for blank screen. Please be sure to try all of these
    and let us know. If still having issue not seeing anything you may want to think on getting the console repaired. You can set one up on the

    Turn on UHD Color for HDMI 1 in image settings and hook Xbox One S to that input.

    The original Xbox One cannot produce 4k images. Only the Xbox One S can (sampling) and the Xbox One X (true 4k).
