    I bought my xbox one s in december 2019, my xbox recently started to act weird. The screen is distorted, the letters grow large and small on whatever section is highlighted. I have done all the recommended options from changing it to 4k, 1080p, to a soft
    reset, factory reset. Even changing to different hdmi port and, a new cable. My screen is still doing the same. With the current virus situation it is extremely difficult to reach Microsoft for any support. Is there someone who has experience this before?

    Ill keep trying the factory reset. I have done it 4 times. Ill keep going.

    Hi!

    You should also check your HDMI cable and connection (both on the console and the TV).

    Sometimes it helps!

    I did a hard reset and then realized it was my TV. Due to you going through a hard reset already I would start to look at your TV. I know my tv will hard reset if it is unplugged for a half hour and then starting it back up. I hope this helps. :)

    Hi at the moment that game has a server problem you can check on the Xbox support page for updates when it will be running again

    I would say wait till the serve is up if the problem progresses uninstall and reinstall cod warzone
