Xbox One S HDR Bug

I'm having the same issue with the XBox saying my LG OLED65E6P does not support, well, pretty much everything on the list except the first item (4K UHD). This is extremely annoying, to say the least

Who Xur Daddy I don't know if your TV menu is the same as my G6, but I had to enable Ultra HD Deep Color in the general settings menu to get it working.

 

I'm having a similar issue with Netflix bleaching everything when it activates HDR on my new Vizio P50-c1 (Post HDR10 update)

 

Similar issues here, when launching Netflix the color washes out. I can exit the app and close it out and the color will return to normal but then it seems as though it causes lingering color issues to occur from time to time. I do not have this issue when
using Amazon Prime Video. Also When trying to play a HDR enabled UHD Blueray such as Deadpool the picture and sound will constantly cut out every few minutes, like it goes to a completely black screen as if Ive lost the signal. I have a Vizio M55-DO. The AVS
forums are flooded by people with different brand tvs all with xbox one s having these issues and as another post already mentioned, they are not having these issues with a dedicated UHD 4K blueray player

Also to add I've also been getting another bug when trying to use the Netflix app. After using the app and getting the message HDR mode has stopped/started message from TV, the screen will go black and after an amount of time my TV will lose connection to
the Xbox and request to pull up Signal List. I'm not sure if this is connected to the Netflix bug.

 

I'm having the exact issue with my Vizio M65-D0. All settings are correct. But picture keeps getting changed by Netflix.

 

Add me to the list. I have a Vizio M55-D0, firing up Netflix causes washed out colors and is system wide until Netflix is exited out of. Even when playing an HDR title (Marco Polo) HDR isn't turning on and the colors are still washed out. Using SmartCast
HDR works just fine with Netflix.

 

It looks like the Xbox One S has widespread HDR problems. Searching the forum turns up hundreds or thousands of hits:

Have same issue on my lg oled e6. Netflix, destiny, and witcher 2 all turn on HDR and make colors all super saturated. Had to disable hdr entirely. Thanks Microsoft!

My Vizio p55-C1 has the exact same issue. I know it's most likely not the HDR functionality of my TV because HDR works fine when playing back UHD Blu-Ray movies. When I launch Netflix the colors get washed out across the system. Even the UI is effected.
When I close the Netflix app, all goes back to normal.

 

Just got my Xbox One S hooked up and can confirm the same issue. Xbox is hooked up to a Samsung JU8500. Last night I watched a 4K Netflix program. Today when I booted up to play Rocket League, the colors were super saturated and bright. I fixed it by going
into my TV settings and turning off HDR on the HDMI input. Obviously this is not ideal, because I'd have to go into the TV menus and select/deselect that every time I want to watch a movie or play a game.
