    xbox one s HDMI/TV

    Aguardo retorno.

[Translation - Hello guys, I'm having problems with my Xbox One S, it just stopped working overnight, the xbox's own HDMI is not working, and I tried other cables and nothing, the TV screen has no signal,
a single thing that the power of the console is raised or pressed but soon it turns off on its own, and I don't know what it can be, as it was working normally.

    Awaiting return.]

    No signal on TV

Hi, Praveen my name is Oskayra, and will be a pleasure help you

It's understandable that you're facing this issue with your Xbox One S console not displaying a signal on the TV in Japan. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Check the HDMI cable connection: Ensure the HDMI cable is firmly connected to both the Xbox One S and the TV. Disconnect and reconnect both ends of the cable to ensure a secure connection.

Try a different HDMI cable: If possible, try using a different HDMI cable to rule out any issues with the original cable.

Change HDMI input on the TV: Check the TV's input settings and ensure that you are on the correct HDMI input port connected to the Xbox One S.

Power cycle the Xbox One S: Turn off the Xbox One S completely by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console shuts down. Unplug the power cord for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn on the console.

Update the Xbox One S software: Ensure that the Xbox One S is running the latest software updates. Go to Settings > System > Updates and check for any available updates.

Try different HDMI ports on the TV: If your TV has multiple HDMI ports, try connecting the Xbox One S to a different HDMI port.

Check for TV compatibility issues: Check if your TV is compatible with the resolution and refresh rate settings of the Xbox One S. You can adjust these settings in the Xbox One S's video settings.

Try a different TV: If possible, try connecting the Xbox One S to a different TV to rule out any issues with your current TV.

I hope this helps! Don't hesitate to ask if you have any further questions or need additional clarification.

    Xbox One X signal loses

    Try this hopw it works

    • Make sure your HDMI cable is plugged into the correct port on your TV. Some 4K TVs only support their full set of 4K features on specific HDMI ports. See your TV manual to determine if there are special 4K HDMI ports, or try different ports on your TV.
    • Check your TV's settings menu. Your TV might have a special mode that controls your TV's refresh rates. See your TV manual to determine if you need to change your TV's settings.
    • Make sure you're using the HDMI cable that was included with the Xbox One X and Xbox One S.
    • Try a different HDMI cable. Your cables must be HDMI High Speed or HDMI Premium certified.
    • Plug your TV straight into your console with the HDMI cable that was included with the Xbox One X and Xbox One S. Some AV receivers or other video equipment may not correctly pass the signal to your TV or console. Also, you'll need to use HDMI High Speed
or HDMI Premium certified cables between both the console and receiver, and the receiver and TV.

TV is capable of 4k 60hz same time but in display setting only showing 4k no hz

Error when selecting the 4K UHD resolution on Xbox One X and Xbox One S

You receive the following error message when you choose 4K UHD in display settings:

    That didn't work

4K is supported by your TV, but not at 60Hz. You won't be able to upscale to 4K, but, depending on your TV, you may still be able to play some 4K and HDR content. To see what your TV supports, choose 4K TV details.

This error occurs when the console detects that your TV supports 4K, but doesn't support a 60 Hz refresh rate. You may still be able to play 4K content at other refresh rates, but you won't be able to upscale the system, games, and apps to 4K.

    Solution

To determine what your TV is telling the console about its 4K capabilities, see

Checking your TV's 4K and HDR capabilities on Xbox One X and Xbox One S
. Use the 4K TV details screen to see what changes as you try different things:

Unfortunately, some TVs don't support 4K at 60Hz. See your TV manual to make sure.

I have my roku connected to my xbox one s but cant seem to figure out how to snap them together

Hello Liam T, My name is David. I am an independent advisor, happy to help you today.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly connect or connect a Roku device to an Xbox One S console. The Xbox One S does not have a built-in feature or app that allows you to integrate or connect a Roku device within the console interface.

However, there are alternative ways to use your Roku device together with your Xbox One S:

HDMI Switching: Connect your Roku device directly to your TV using an HDMI cable. Next, connect your Xbox One S to another HDMI input on your TV. Most modern TVs have multiple HDMI inputs, allowing you to switch between devices using the TV's input selection menu or a remote control.

    I hope this works.

    Best regards.

Xbox One has no HDMI signal and goes to Green Screen of Death.

Which Xbox One is it? The original or the new Xbox One S?

    Could you try the following?

    • Try connecting your Xbox One to another TV is possible.
    • Try using another HDMI to connect from the Xbox One to the TV. This may see if it's your console or the HDMI cord you're using is bad.
    • Connect the HDMI to another port of your TV (HDMI 1, HDMI 2).
