My Xbox has been taking around 10 minutes to get to the green screen and then another 50 to take me to my dash board and then I can’t even play any games

which xbox is it, if xbox one or one s then could be the hdd is corrupted or failing, full factory reset might be needed again or repair.

Xbox One X failing to update to 10.0.18363.9135 Stuck in error loop

I have similar errors with xbox one S. At the same date started to fail.

I also change the hdd, and the offline update didn´t work. They said that the xbox is out of warranty because is from 2016, but the update was this year!

    XBOX ONE size?

Yes it does look like 2 boxes super-glued together... One... Since the HDD is non-removable, what happens if the HDD fails (which HDD ARE prone to) after the warranty expires? Does the whole thing need replacing - the price of a new console? Even the Kinect
sensor looks bigger or at least block-ier than the 360's kinect.

Xbox 360 Slim HDD seems dead

It is possible to re-use an old transfer cable but it must be the Slim compatible one that looks like this:
Eh, he only needs that if he wants to transfer from 360 S to 360 S HDD. The original HDD transfer cable works with
the 360 S console, and appears to be lower power as you can cable the drive to the cable and the the cable to any one of the 360 S USB ports (even on Corona). The 360 S drive cable seems to only work if you cable it to the back of the console first, then attach
    the drive.
Well that's what I thought at first but they are saying that their Slim HDD is failing so the old transfer cable cannot connect to the Slim HDD as the older ones only connect to the Phat HDDs, not Slim, so they must have the transfer cable which can do Slim
to Slim transfers. Do you see what I mean? Or am I getting confused here?
