Xbox One S having Internet problems when connected to 4k tv

So I have been using an xbox one s with my current internet/router for a while now and has been perfectly fine until I chose to get a 4k smart TV. The last TV I had was a smart TV but fairly old but despite that, I never ran into any problems.

Now that I have this new 2020 Samsung 4k smart TV, it seems to be interfering with my xbox when connecting to the WiFi. I will load up the xbox and then go to network settings to connect it to the Internet. I put the correct password in and try connecting
but then it comes back to me with "Cannot connect to your wireless network" and suggests to "unplug the power from your router or modem for 30 seconds, then plug it back it etc". Obviously I tried this but nothing happened.

As I mentioned, everything in the house still connects to the router and the Internet is perfectly stable. The xbox one s was able to connect with no issues when I was using the old TV but now that I have this new one, these problems have started.

Any help or ideas would be much appreciated.

I have little bit the same problem with xbox one X but it connects sometimes to my router and sometimes not. Xbox is sometimes little bit unstable and thats maybe why i'm ambassador.

The XBOX ONE S is 4K, you have to have a 4K TV in order to get 4K content. Then your 4K TV has to be directly in the XBOX (TV IN ) HDMI slot. Once you connect this your XBOX will automatically download the Blu Ray 4K app

My TV doesn't support HDR at all but it is 4k capable. I have tried having the XBOX One S directly connected to the TV and through the receiver with no luck getting anything 4k out of the One S.

Things are still in a state of change in the land of 4K UHD and haven't quite settled out yet. Part of this may have to do with DRM (Digital Rights Management) and trying to lock things down when it comes to all this 4K digital plumbing. Not only is it the
hardware, like needing to use HDMI 2.X cable. But, it's also the software. Does the firmware in the monitor/TV support the 4K UHD (HDCP 2.2)
content coming from the attached device ("Checking your TV's 4K and HDR capabilities on Xbox One S")? Yes, the Samsung U28E590D
can do 4K UHD, but does it support HDR10? HDR10 support seems to be a very important threshold when comes to connecting the Xbox One S to 4K UHD TVs. The current crop of 4K UHD monitors seems to be more directed to PC gamers. While, the Xbox One S is geared
more toward lager format TVs. I'm sure that this is not the only list, but Windows Central has what it calls "Best 4K HDR TVs For Xbox One S".
