xbox one s hard rest all the time

I have the same issue What we do before we hook up we hard reset our router and hard rest our xbox. that don't work all the time but works 99% of the time

I'm going to rest my system now since I do have time. But this problem was according before I installed the external hard drive.

I have the original Xbox one s controller.

But I'm currently using the RIg pro. To do this reset with.

Do I need the wireless controller to reset my system?

All you need is a hard drive transfer cable for $20.

Are both hard drives for the 360 S or is one for the 360 S and the other for the original xbox 360?

It happens on all the games I play unfortunately. I will try hard resting again but this time unplugging too.

Ive sadly done all of those things.Initially i thought it wss an insider issue and have removed myself from that program.

I then removed app, hard reset , reinstalled reinstalled same thing.. reset hard via the disc eject and button / xbox home button press . Reset . Still same issue....

Disc loads to a point i get s white semi circle and then does nothing.. on the xbox one x... yet i stick it in my day one xbox its fine...is there a known issue extras on s bluray???

Its becoming annoying as i shouldnt have to use one bluray on one device and the rest on another machine
