Xbox one s Graphics/Video Issue

Hope someone can help. I have just bought a new xbox one s. So i set it up, unplugging my external HD from xbox one, plugged it into xbox one s and started it up. Went through startup then just before it got to the main screen i got an 0x80004005 error message.
I can run netfilx in 4k but all other video apps such as amazon, bbd player, vevo want play at all. Plus all the graphics from achievement screen don't load and just look blank, any ideas.

Came onto Xbox to find this screen.

Should I be ready to buy a new Xbox or just a one off error. Removing HDMI cable and changed it same screen, hard reboot of Xbox seemed to do the trick

We've already had realistic graphics in video games. If you were gaming in the early 90's you got to experience it first hand with FMV (full motion video) in games. So realistic graphics will actually be "retro" ;p
