    Xbox One S - Graphics Render Issue?


    I have had this console a while now and never had issues. I went through a stage of not gaming on it massively. However now when I am playing games the graphics do not appear to render correctly. I can watch 4K dvds and the quality is amazing but all my games have a blurry unrendered look to then. Tried multiple HDMI cables and even tried different TVs.

    Any ideas or help will be really appreciated.

    Ventilation is number one, but it is possible that the xbox one s renders the game this way. It is very graphical intensive.

    Thanks, ill try and improve ventilation as much as possible!

    i think it can manage it as my friend also plays red dead on One S and the difference between our graphics is massive, so it must be something wrong with my set up!

    If you think that your xbox is not working correct on the hardware you can go to the my devices page on your account and set it up for an repair. If there is an error with it and you have the warranty on your console you will get it repaired or replaced.

    You have done a very thorough trouble shooting process!

    All other variables have been tested leaving your Xbox to be the possible culprit.

    I would take it into Microsoft for a service/repair or into your city store. It is also under warranty (I'm not sure on your country but I know in mine its minimum 1 year warrant) but double check that and get the problem sorted. Hopefully they find something.
