    xbox one s graphics looks bad


    Ok

    I have a brand new xbox one s

    I use it on a hdtv named claytonthe tv resolution is 1920×1020p or something

    The xbox is set from the setings a 1080p

    When i watch something on youtube the video quality is prety high

    Even the menu is prety good quality

    So i played gears of war 4 and the graphics were amazing

    But when i play bioshock infinite, assassins creed rogue, oblivion, payday2,

    Saintsrow reelected, metal gear solid v phantpm pain the graphics looks bad

    I dont know what is this

    The antialiasing is prety low

    Even the closest things look bad

    Especialy on assassins creed rogue the shadows looks bad and the antialiasing is low

    When i watch a video on youtube with assassins creed rogue the graphics looks very good but when i play the game looks bad

    Is there a diference betwen youtube and the actual game?

    I dont know please answer if you know whats going on with my xbox

    Xbox One S in-game graphics

    Hello,

    I am deciding to buy the new Xbox One S. but I want know some more information specifically about the graphics capabilities of the new Xbox.

    does the in-game resolution and graphics look better on the Xbox One S than the previous Xbox one ?

    I mean I remember my old Xbox One resolution in games like call of duty looks somewhat blurry and not as crisp as PS4. did the new Xbox one S tightened that gap ?

    Hey there, Xbox One S has got very good 4k upscaled graphics, while the X is true 4k graphics. For now, I've got the Xbox One S, and that works a charm. It is really just up to you, you can either spend a little more for true 4k which you can use on a
    4K TV in the future as well, or you can go with the Xbox One S. You're current TV can support Xbox One/S/X, although an FHD screen, it will look a lot clearer with the S or X.

    These games you mentioned, Bioshock Infinite, Assassins Creed Rogue and Oblivion are all Xbox 360 games running via backwards compatibility. These games actually run at 720p and are up-scaled to the fit the screen resolution the console is set to. Being
    older Xbox 360 games, they will have jaggies, resulting in low anti-aliasing - after all, they are not full HD games, and are getting on a bit now. I see this myself, and I have the Xbox One X.

    I'm not sure how bad these other games are that you have mentioned, as I have not played them. I'm pretty sure that Metal Gear Solid V Phantom pain runs at 900p and is up-scaled to 1080p. This may make it look a little softer on the Xbox One platform.

    Many video's on YouTube are from PC users as well as console, perhaps you've been watching these?

    I had a similar issue from the Xbox One X but for me, I found it to be the TV settings. There were different display modes like Cinema, Outdoors, Sports, and even one for Gaming. I experimented with them all and found completely different looks. It adjusts
    the hue and contrast etc. I would still try to give those settings a try on your TV, just in case. Good luck!

    hi if changing the xbox setting as stated above i would try the xbox in a differnt port or even a differnt tv.

    1080p isnt the greatest, but ive used this tv before with previous xboxs and its looked better.

    also ive used a higher quality flatscreen in the other room just to make sure it wasnt my specific tv i was using and sure enough the graphics still remained just as bad.
