so my house got broken into and my xbox one s was stolen. I am needing to figure out how I can lock the xbox or just try to find it and im not to sure how to go about this. any help would be appreciated.

I need help

ok so I got my son an Xbox 360 an an ex boyfriend stole it. I jus recently got him a new one. An Xbox one S and realised that the person who stole the last Xbox changed the gamertag to his name. Now I can' change it back to my son's name without paying 9.99$
I should not have yo pay to take the name off there... What can I do? Please help.

I know how you because my xbox console is banned too i never did anything against the rules of xbox or the code of conduct i just got my account back because it was stolen and right when i turn on my xbox one s and update it. I get banned
