Xbox one s glitching & opening guide & selecting random things

My xbox one s (1 year 3 months old) is automatically opening up the main guide at random times while hes playing.. My son will push B:back to get it to go away but it will pop right back up. Right in the middle of his game. Recently it has started not only
opening up the main guide, but then selecting something on the guide. It even managed to download a game somehow. It does this with multiple controllers and with no controllers connected. We don't have a kinect so that's not the cause. It has only been doing
this the last week and half. We have created a new profile to see if that was cause. Still does it. So we even did a hard factory reset and wiped out all the games. It seemed to be okay for an hour or two, but started again as he was downloading a game. We
deleted all games once again except fortnite and it's still doing this. I suppose we can delete fortnite as well and have him watch YouTube or something to see if it still happens but I'm afraid it will. I dont understand.

It happens so fast too.. so you can definitely see that it's glitching out. It pulls up the guide and then flashes extremely fast through guide and like 3 other screens and then repeats this all over again and again and again. When it first started it was
only opening the main guide but over the last week it has gotten worse with flashing through multiple screens. It's completely unusable when it does this. I'm at a loss. If a factory reset didnt fix it, then I must be out of options.

Here is in Hope's that someone can help or knows anything about this. Or has a way for me to even contact a human at xbox support as its impossible.

It's my sons xbox, and hes really bumed out. Please help! Very appreciated.
