Xbox one s getting shipping label

Hi my xbox one s has decided to die on me when i turn it on it just turns it self off tryed unplugging it tryed other cables just wont start up its under warranty .. so i started a repair form have the order number and what not .. still waiting on my shipping
label been 3 days now checked my spam not there .. have phoned up twice and they just told me to keep checking email ..anyone help with this issue...

Shipping Labels

I want to return my xbox one s controller that came with my xbox. I created a returning label with my warranty, and when i try to get my shipping label all that pops up is this [] on a separate window. I contacted microsoft support over the phone and they
said they would email me shipping label. It's been 2 days and I havn't been emailed my shipping label.

 

Poor Customer Service Story

Quote "Roland: I will cancel this repair order AGAIN. But I dont have much faith in getting one measly shipping label". I am in the process in getting another repair request.

go to you're email check blocked email or spam maybe the email you need go there

 

It takes from 5 to 10 days to ship the label during this season of the year!!

 

Why does it take so long such bad customer service really needs to be fixed we pay enough in gaming and concoles as it is waiting for shipping label like a sitting duck is shocking 5- 10 days then we send it away then have to wait anither 2 weeks shocking

 

can take a little longer than that but dont worry its comming
