Xbox One S Gears of war edition HDR question

Hi team,

So I was wondering if any of you heard or know of an issue with the HDR on the new Gears of War Edition Xbox One S. I have an 2016 model LG OLED Ultra 4K 65 inch, and a Yamaha receiver, with hdmi 2.2 so its compatible with HDR and everything.

When I play gears of war or Forza or even watch a movie with HDR it looks amazing, the TV automatically flips over to HDR and it gets bright and looks great. The issue that arises is random and haven't figured out which device it might be coming from, so
I'm starting with you if you have any suggestions.

As I play game or watch movies, doesn't matter if its 30 mins or say 8 hours, the HDR works and then randomly just flickers off, like I lost the input and my TV states I have no signal, then about 5 to 10 seconds later comes back to full HDR. Sometimes
it does it 2 or 3 times within a 2 hour movie, sometimes only once and sometimes not at all. So I haven't been able to pin point it to a specific movie or game. Speaking of which, I could play the game for 8 hours and it might only do it 1 time, so its random.

I've been leaning towards it being with my receiver, but can't confirm it yet. But if you have any ideas, think its the xbox and I need to send it in or anything, please give me your thoughts. I don't mind it, but lately its been getting annoying, especially
when I paid a lot of money for all this new tech stuff.

rise of the tomb raider no HDR on one s

rise of the tomb raider did not shown in HDR on my Xbox one s, while gears of war 4 works fine.

When I launch gow 4, my TV shows an HDR mark.

When I launch rise of the tomb raider, it does not.

Is the HDR feature of this game an Xbox one X exclusive one?

 

Never got my promo code for gears of War collection.

Bought the gears of War edition xbox one s. Came with gears of War 4 ultimate edition. Never did recieve my codes for gears of War collection.
