Xbox one s gears of war console troubles

Had for 2 days. No issue. Turned on today and it wont let me do anything. I have a wired connection. When i go to connection settings it says im connected but nothing is loading for me. Even the gsmes when i click on them sometimes you just hear the noise
it makes when you click something snd nothing else will happen or it will try to load snd time out prompting an error message. Even when i eas going through some of the settings same thing, some will load and others will time out. Ive reset the console, checked
my connections, not plugged into powerstrip, unplugged for a few and cant seem to shake it. The couple error codes i get have led to a dead end and arent recognized when i search for them. Any suggestions. Thanks.

please tell me where's my Xbox 360 Gears of War collection code i got my 2TB Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Limited Edition Console and that code was not in the box

Pre-ordered the 2TB Xbox One S console Gears of War bundle, but not yet had any of the codes for the backward compatible Gears of War collection.

Please assist.

So i just tried a factory reset. When i get to the update screen i get an error. From there i can either tey again (more error) check network connection(connected) or shut off xbox..

How is your Xbox One currently connected to the internet? Let's try powering down your Xbox One completely by holding the power button for 8-10 seconds, and then restart your network by unplugging your network hardware for 30 seconds. After all has been
reset, try updating your Xbox One again.
