    Hi bought Xbox one S gears of war 4 edition ..... I have tried 8+ times over a week to enter the game download code but so far comes up with an error so haven't been able to downloaded it yet... the other code for the packs did go in after about 5 attempts..
    I was wondering if anyone could help me sort out the problem...

    Never got my promo code for gears of War collection.

    Bought the gears of War edition xbox one s. Came with gears of War 4 ultimate edition. Never did recieve my codes for gears of War collection.

    What is the error code and/or message you are running into? The error code would resemble either XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000. Having that will help us troubleshoot better.
