XBox One S games wont launch after trying EVERYTHING!!

Apologies if this question has already but...

I have recently bought a brand new Xbox One S and downloaded games will not load properly. I have the xbox live gold pass. All games that I have installed including Fortnite, Forza 4 and some smaller games (just to try) will not load. They will open to a
start up screen and then after a minute or so will go back to the xbox home screen. If I try to launch again then it freezes on the launch screen.

I have tried literally everything suggested online including:

Removing and re-installing the game

Removing my account and re-signing in

Checking all privacy settings are set to allow

Checking network connections

Checking multiplayer connection

Performing a hard reset and restarting

Restoring back to factory settings and resetting the xbox up again

None of these have worked.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

Hello, actually I see that you have tried many things. I don't really see any other solutions other than contacting Microsoft support directly for online help.

Where did you purchase the console from? If you've just gotten it then I would recommend returning it for an exchange as the fastest route. If the console was a used console then there may have been pre existing issues with the console that you were
not informed about

If the ultimate solution (a factory reset) doesnt fix the issue. You will need to get your console serviced. If have warranty available you have 2 options. If you bought from a retailer, you must reach them and send the console to repair through them.

Please try logging in first to your account on the Xbox Series X console then log in with the child account. Try launching the game after that and see if it works. If it works and the game has launched successfully, try logging in to your account on the Xbox Series S console.
