    XBox One S games freezing and crashing


    My son's Xbox has started crashing and freezing playing on Fortnite recently. Happens on other games too.

    The game suddenly freezes and then sometimes comes back after a couple of minutes, or crashes completely

    Have tried clearing local games cache. Have checked all internet connections, and done speed checks etc. Seems like it keeps dropping the network connection

    Any ideas what we could try next? Device only 9 months old and already been in for repair once...

    Are you playing on Xbox 360 or Xbox One (and if Xbox One, is it the One, One S, or One X)?

    According to many posts online, it seems as though Fable Anniversary is prone to crashes and freezing. Unfortunately I was unable to find much in the way of a fix for freezing, although some people reported uninstalling and reinstalling helped, and someone
    else reported that the issue seemed to fix itself after not playing the game for a day.
