Xbox One S - Games don't load

I have been reading on the forums that this seems to be a common issue where games don't load. I have done hard resets (a few times per week) cleared cache, disconnected power, did a Xbox reset, and the problem continues. This seems to be an Xbox problem
that should be addresses by Microsoft / Xbox. Anyone had any experiences where this problem actually gets fixed instead of just continually doing workarounds? I really just want to throw my Xbox against the wall to see if that helps, but my family would
not appreciate it.

"doing this several times per week is not a fix it's a workaround", you're completely right, i'm fully agree but if you've already done all you said and if you're out of warranty, you don't have many things to expect
unfortunately.

Except ask for an repair order and hope it will not too expensive..

Thanks for the replies with type of game and error message. With these its most likely due to corrupt save or data. Try clearing local save games on the console and then launch the game. To do this go to settings>system>storage>clear local saves. This only
clears it from the console not the cloud. Then when the game launches again, it forces it to retrieve save from the cloud. Let us know how it goes.

I only run digital games for the most part. The message that I get is "game took too long to start" try again. There are Youtube videos and numerous forums with the same problem but everything I have tried has only been a temporary fix. Same problems
on internal or external drives. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the games. I have reset my profile. I have done a factory reset of the Xbox (with Xbox support). The only thing that seems to work is to do a hard reset of the Xbox, but doing this several
times per week is not a fix it's a workaround. Of course I am out of warranty so support from Xbox is limited. I have had the problem with both Xboxes that I own fat Xbox and One S.

Sorry to hear that issue, help us to understand better what's the problem.

Digital games or Disc games?

"Don't laod" what's means? You receive an error? a timeout message? other message?

I had a fat Xbox One, no issue, later I bought an fat Xbox One Halo 5 edition, beautifull console and no issue, now I have an Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition since day one and (again) no issue, so (for my experince) is not so commons that "games don't
load", please, explain better your problem.

I have a Xbox One X but don't have a 4K TV. It is still an improvement to the One S.

Loads the games faster. Really happy with that purchase i made.
