Discus and support Xbox one s. Frozen won't update. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Already returned one with exactly the same issue. Error 100. Won't offline update.     Already returned one with exactly the same issue. Error 100. Won't offline update. Tried everything again and again. Is this a common issue?

    Thanks I've been through all the troubleshooting. Even had customer support guide me through but had to end chat to click email for directions to offline update which didn't work. Can the accounts connected to Xbox corrupt it?

    If you tried the offline update and it failed you should restore your console to factory settings.

    Warning Resetting your console to its factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. You
    should only use this option as a last resort.

    From the Something went wrong screen, use the
    D-pad and
    A     button on your controller to select
    Troubleshoot to open the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

    To restore your console from the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, select
    Reset this Xbox. When prompted, select Remove everything. This will delete all user data, and all games and apps.

    Note If the console reset is successful, you will be prompted to repeat some general console set-up steps before you are returned to the Home screen.

    That's not possible. The firmware does not start the xbox navigation. The options I have are restart, reset defaults, offline update and turn off.
