    Xbox One S freezing on dashboard, doesn’t load in icons, halting


    Basically as of yesterfay my xbox just freezes both in games after around 10 mins and on the dashboard. I try to navigate through the home screen it halts and freezes. Also when i try to use the he button when my xbox freezes it doesnt show the menu but I can see the background of the screen dim like it is open. I’ve tried reseting my console and it didnt work when i try to restart it the xbox just stays on and goes to a black screen.

    Im having almost the same exact issue, except mine will freeze either at the splashscreen, or the double load circles before the dashboard comes up. Another odd thing i noticed while its stuck at the splashscreen, my controller will go from one green light
    solid, to 2 flashing alternatively. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
