XBOX One S freezes

Hi guys.

I've been having issues with my ONE, with the console freezing in game at random times and random games (ex: Fifa 17, Forza Motorsport 5 and even Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime). It will freeze while playing. After a few seconds when trying to navigate
in the menus, they would also freeze and the console would start responding to any input.

Also, the first time this happened, Gears of War started an update as soon as I launched the console (an update of 92 GBs, that it's the all game... that was already installed!)

I've already did 2 factory resets (with keeping the games and another resetting everything). I've since installed a few games and while I get to play a few of them (Gears of War 4 and Fifa 17), I'm unable to start a others (Battlefield 1 freezes just after
I choose my profile).

However, I've yet to do a more lengthy play session after this reset to see if it will freeze or not.

With all these symptoms I'm thinking of just activating the warranty and send my XBOX for repair.

Anyone had similar issues? What other troubleshooting options do I have?

Minecraft 1.67 crashing on xbox one s, not on box one

Hello. I just upgrade from xbox one to xbox one s 1TB. But after running minecraft, I'm a bit confused.

On xbox one S, after loading world minecraft randomly freezes and returns to home screen.

On first xbox one 500gb is everything ok.

Any ideas?

Hey Raposo Manhoso! Are any of the games installed on an external drive at all? Otherwise, because you've preformed multiple factory resets, a repair would be the best option to resolve the issue. Thanks!

Are you playing on Xbox 360 or Xbox One (and if Xbox One, is it the One, One S, or One X)?

According to many posts online, it seems as though Fable Anniversary is prone to crashes and freezing. Unfortunately I was unable to find much in the way of a fix for freezing, although some people reported uninstalling and reinstalling helped, and someone
else reported that the issue seemed to fix itself after not playing the game for a day.

I'm curious as to whether the people getting the freezes have one of the original Xbox 360's? I've only had 2 freezes and I've completed the main story and done a bit of the side stuff. I own the E console, so it's fairly new.
