    Xbox One S Frame drops to 20-30


    In games like Battlefield 1 there is constantly frames dropping on the Xbox One S? I've had it for about a week now and all my friends who are playing Battlefield 1 with me are looking at me like i'm stupid and don't know anything. Meanwhile they have no
    performance issues what so ever. I really would like to get some support.

    30 FPS

    I rather have a stable 30 FPS then 60FPS with frame drops. I can assure you. 30FPS looks smoother then 60FPS with frame drops

    Red Dead Redemption jerky when playing.

    I have a Xbox one S and I installed it yesterday was fine...booted it up today to play and I am having frame rate drops

    Xbox One S Frame drops to 20-30

    Hey ismiboy,

    Lets try some steps:

    1) PowerCycle:

    - Press and hold the white Xbox Button on the Console itself until it shuts off.

    - Unplug it from Power for around 2 minutes

    - Replug and restart.

    See if you there is any change in your situation. If not continue:

    2) Reinstall the game

    . Go to "My Games and Apps->Games"

    - Select Battlefield 1, press the option key on the Controller (3 lined one)

    - Select uninstall

    - After that reinstall the game from "My Games and Apps->Ready to Install"

    See if that makes any change. If not continue:

    3) Reset

    - Go to Settings->All Settings->System->Console information

    - Select "Reset"

    - When aksed select "Keep your games and apps"

    - Follow the process

    Note: Before you do the Reset make sure you know your Email / Password combination of your Account

    After the reset try if you see any improvement.

    IF not run the Multiplayer Connection Test in Settings->All Settings.->Network->Networksettings and take a look at your NAT, Packetloss and ping to make sure its not your connection thats causing this issue

    Sadly I tried everything you listed. The frames still drop. I'm completely burnt out and I don't know what to do anymore.

    If you experience this issue even if you play offline (Unplug network cable) your Console might need to gets serviced.

    If its only only it might be related to your Connection. Checking the Connection Tests, NAT and packetloss might help in that case.
