    All of the sudden the other day I was playing games on my Xbox and the screen goes black for like 5 seconds. After a while it does it again. The more it happens the smaller the intervals are in-between. Now I can't even do anything on my Xbox because it is happening every like 5 seconds. I can confirm its the Xbox because some pixels are flashing random colors like red and green but only when I am doing certain things in game and stuff like that. I just built a pc but I have so many games on Xbox and many of my friends only have Xbox. What can I do to fix this. I have already tried power cycling it.

    Sometimes I notice flickering if my console doesn't have enough air flow. Please ensure that it's not in an enclosed area and has proper flow. The xbox can get quite hot and poor flow will have adverse results.
