    Xbox One S Error: Your account can not perform this type of purchase on Xbox.com.


    The error I get is "Your account can not perform this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Fill out the transaction form from Xbox."

    It's on my son's account, the one I'm currently signed with. The guy's 19 years old, and I don't have set any limitations through the family account control.

    Of course I tried every single way to deal with this, trying to purchase from the PC Xbox app through Xbox console.

    Please advice

    Hello. Whenever I try and purchase an Avatar item, I get an error message saying that my account cannot make this type of purchase on Xbox.com, please purchase on your Xbox... I was using my Xbox One S to make said purchase, so can this problem be fixed?
    I have now attempted purchase on several seperate consoles to no avail, I am thinking this is a security issue but I've only had my Xbox 3 weeks and a half.

    Star Wars The Force Unleashed II games with gold problem

    I am trying to purchase Star Wars The Force Unleashed II, which is one of the free games with gold, on my Xbox One S. When I try to purchase it, I get this message: "Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction
    from your Xbox." I am using the store app on my Xbox One S and not the browser.

    I added a credit card after first encountering this but it did not solve the problem.

    My account is an adult account.

    That happens when I try to buy from my Xbox
    If you're on a child account, you'll have to make the purchase from a 360 console. Otherwise, make sure you have a credit card or Paypal on file to make the purchase.

    When i'm trying to buy the game (Skate 3) on my Xbox One S it's just saying ''You can't do this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Finish this transaction on your Xbox.'' then it's teleporting me to Microsoft Shop again.

    When i'm going to buy it if it works i will use Credit Card
    This error means that the Microsoft account you're using isn’t allowed to make purchases in the Xbox 360 Marketplace via marketplace.xbox.com.

    For example, some child and teen accounts are prevented from making purchases in the Xbox 360 Marketplace via marketplace.xbox.com. Changing your Microsoft account age or your purchase settings won't resolve this issue.

    To resolve this issue, purchase or download the content on your Xbox 360 console first, and then try the purchase or install the game on your Xbox One.
