    XBOX One S Error Code: E100 00000703 80910002


    I can't do anything, the screen is frozen on update - 54%. Have tried to reset the Xbox on the console to no avail. Have even tried to do the offline reset but this hasn't worked either (not too sure I did it right because it was telling me there was a problem unzipping the file). I'm tired of trying to resolve this issue. Can anyone help me please?

    I HAVE FOUND A FIX

    Where the Disc Tray Plugs in inside, there’s a small cable that disconnected from mine and I had the error code, I plugged it back in and it went away. Just to let everyone know. It’s a common issue

    Due to the current connection you have I know campus's have certain restrictions etc. If you are unable to update successfully, I suggest doing the same as you have in past or even go to any place off campus to update.

    None of them work, and i cant send it back as the roiginal repair is still open, so it will only let me raise a repair for an accessory

    agent just called, but as it was 20:01 and they close at 20:00 cut the call off
