xbox one s error code 0x91d70001

This is an error code I've gotten 0x91d70001. I have updated my Xbox One S with the November update. My TV seems to be up to date as well.

Try to turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console. Then, try again!

Remove the disc from the console, do these 2 steps below, and try again, please.

Step 1: Clear the storage cache on your console.

Press the Menu key on your controller.

Click Settings, devices and streaming and then go Blu-Ray.

Select Persistent Storage.

Click Clear Persistent Storage 3 times

Step 2: Power cycle your console.

Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable, wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds, this step resets the power supply. 

Plug the console power cable back in, turn on your Xbox.

I have the One S. I have a dozen other UHD Blu-rays working perfectly, but Deadpool fails to start with the error 0x91d70001. The disc was replaced by the store but even the new one fails, so it's not the disc.

seriously? reset my xbox and lose all my settings? ok i respect troubleshooting steps process and fingercross...

one apply with my old settings: same errror code

second time, did not apply old settings, chose energy saving mode : error 0x91d70001
