Xbox one s error 0x87e10024

I recently got naruto ultimate ninja storm 3 full burst xbox 360 version, looked it up and it says that it is backwards compatible to the xbox one but when I put the disc in my xbox one it doesn't work, any help?

It seems that the Naruto Ultimate Ninja storm 3 full burst that is backward compatible is the Xbox One version which can work on the Xbox Series S/X consoles

If it's an Xbox 360 game, it has an Xbox 360 tagged at the top part.

One of the steps is validating if the game is indeed a backward-compatible game and as I have checked, seems like it is not on the list.
