Xbox One S: Endless Loop Trying to Update

My Xbox One S failed during its auto-update and no longer boots up into anything beyond the "Something went wrong" screen. As such, I have downloaded the update to a USB drive and followed all of the steps to get an offline update done, but this fails
every single time, repeating the cycle. I am posting here, because everything that is found on standard Microsoft troubleshooting articles has already been tried several times, i.e. soft reset, hard reset, factory defaults, offline update, etc. If you can
link to an MS article, then it's been tried, and it has failed. What I am hoping for is an actual new thing to try. If someone out there with this problem (including normal "solutions" failing) has found a way to fix it, please post your steps. Thanks!

i cant get to the home screen

Same here. Xbox one is no longer useable. Endless Loop of trying to open an app and the above error code appearing.

Have you already tried the following?:

Power off your Xbox, press and hold the Bind and Eject Button, Press the power button while still Holding Bind and Eject Button till the Troubleshooting Screen appears. Select reset and to Keep your games and apps.

If nothing works for you, your console may Needs to be replaced.
