    Xbox one s e102 startup error


    i keep getting a startup error everytime i turn on my xbox. Ive already tried hard resetting. It gives me the option to factory reset but it just gives the same error or it gets stuck on the preparing to reset console screen for hours. Ive also tried the
    offline system update with a usb and that hasnt worked either. Any suggestions?

    E101 and E102 normally indicate a OS issue so reinstalling from a USB should work seeing as it hasn't you will need to phone contact microsoft to send it in for service Contact Us | Xbox Support
