    Hi,

    I have a 4K UHD TV but my My XBOX One S is showing errors saying that my TV is not 4K compatible.

    I am using the Xbox HDMI cable and also I have another HDMI 2.0 high speed Link for reference: Chocolate · HDMI · Digital Cables · Cables · AudioQuest

    Here are the details of my TV:

    Please try following this
    troubleshooting     guide hopefully it should help. One of the first things I would check is the settings for the HDMI port in the television setting as quite often this needs to be changed to allow 4k content to be played.

    Why are you wanting to capture at 4K? the Xbox One S doesnt render any game at 4k, so all you will be doing is capturing an upscaled image.

    The Xbox One S doesnt support 4k gaming. Only supports 4k movie viewing.

    For 4k gaming you will need to have a Xbox One X and a 4k TV.
