    Xbox one s doesn’t log in


    So i have just bought an xbox one s. I have finished the setup and i am trying to log in for the first time. I click on “add new” account. A screen pops up, with a circle loading inside and after a couple seconds it dissapears and puts me back on the same
    screen where i can click add new. I cannot seem to resolve this issue.

    my internet connection is perfect, i tried it with a wired connection as well.

    I have tried factory reset.

    i tried when you press the button on the xbox for a couple seconds and after you unplug it for a couple of minutes. I forget whats it called.

    i contacted live support 3 times, but they are no use also,

    please somebody help!!!
