Xbox One S doesn't connect to anything

    Xbox One S doesn't connect to anything


    I'm experiencing an odd issue with my Xbox One- I'll turn it on, & it won't connect to anything. Literally. Xbox Live doesn't log in, the controllers blink like they're de-synced- the only things it seems to acknowledge are my profile & my media remote.
    I've tried using the media remote to troubleshoot the issue, but to no avail- it insists I'm connected when I test the connection, but displays no information. Trying to disconnect from wifi or change settings doesn't work.

    If Xbox Live does connect, everything works fine- the controllers connect & all is well. Thing is, I never know if Live will connect, & usually something odd happens first- like I hit the button to power it down & it immediately turns itself back on. Last
    time I had it sitting while I was googling possible solutions, & it logged out my profile. When I logged back in, everything was fine.

    Anybody got any idea what's happening?

    Same with me but now It doesn't work on an Xbox without micro USB connection ( Also I use the Xbox One S wireless controller If that changes anything)

    My TV doesn't support HDR at all but it is 4k capable. I have tried having the XBOX One S directly connected to the TV and through the receiver with no luck getting anything 4k out of the One S.

    i believe she means internet access as in the one xbox has a wired connection and the other one doesn't have anything and doesn't have wireless connection, thus meaning only one xbox can be played on LIVE which is the one thats connected

    Does the Xbox One S console have Bluetooth Capability? I.E Bluetooth Headsets

    As far as i know the Xbox One (S) doesn't have Bluetooth. The new controllers having Bluetooth tech is for connecting to a PC.
